What we collect
Information you give us. When you send a quote request, an appraisal request, or a contact form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, details about your vehicle, and anything else you choose to write in the message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours records technical information when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, which pages you view, how long you stay, and the page or advert that sent you here. If you arrive from a Google advert, the link may carry click and campaign identifiers so we can tell which advert produced an enquiry.
We do not ask for payment card numbers, driver’s licence numbers, or social security numbers through this website. Anything of that kind is handled in person or over the phone.
Cookies and similar technologies
A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. Ours fall into four groups.
Strictly necessary — keeps the site working: page routing, form submission, and remembering the choice you make on the cookie banner. These cannot be switched off and we do not ask consent for them.

To follow up about a vehicle or a service you asked about.

Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information and we do not pass it to other dealers or shops.
Google — analytics and advertising measurement, only if you accept those cookies.
Contentsquare — site-experience analytics, only if you accept those cookies.
Framer — the platform that hosts this website and delivers form submissions to us.
Our professional advisers, or a government or law-enforcement body where we are legally required to hand something over.
Your choices
The banner. Accept or decline on your first visit. To change your mind, use the Cookie settings link at the foot of any page — it reopens the banner and replaces your earlier answer.

How long we keep it
Enquiries and quotes are kept for as long as we have a working relationship with you, and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can honour warranties and answer questions about past work. Website analytics are held on Google’s and Contentsquare’s standard retention schedules, measured in months rather than years. If you would rather we deleted what we hold about you, ask.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, or to opt out of it being used for targeted advertising. Email sales@rockysultimategarage.com and tell us what you want done. We will not treat you any differently for asking.
Children
This site is meant for adults and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us something, contact us and we will delete it.
Other sites
Pages here link out to Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Google Maps and XPEL. Once you follow one of those links you are on someone else’s site, under their policy rather than ours.
Changes
If we add or remove a tracking tool we will update this page and the date at the top. A material change resets the cookie banner so you can make a fresh choice.
