These terms cover your use of rockysultimategarage.com. Using the site means you accept them. They do not replace the work order, invoice or bill of sale you sign for actual work or a purchase — where a signed document and this page disagree, the signed document wins.

Vehicles shown on this site

• A listing is an invitation to enquire, not an offer to sell. Nothing is sold until both sides sign a bill of sale.

• Every vehicle is subject to prior sale. A car can sell while its page is still up.

• Prices, mileage, options and specifications are believed correct when published, and can change or contain errors. Verify anything you are relying on, in writing, before you buy.

• Photographs show the actual vehicle unless we say otherwise. Colour reproduces differently on every screen.

• We are not a lender. Nothing on this site is an offer of finance or credit.

Service work and quotes

• Any price shown or quoted through this site is an estimate. We quote each car on its own because condition, size and paint all differ.

• A quote becomes binding only once it is written into a work order that you sign.

• Timelines are estimates. Film, coating and paint work depend on the condition of the car and on materials being in stock.

• Paint protection film and coating warranties are given by the manufacturer, on the manufacturer’s terms. We carry out and register the work; the manufacturer honours the warranty.

Contacting us through the site

When you send a form you are asking us to get back to you, and you agree that we may reply by phone, text message or email using the details you gave. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Please do not send confidential or sensitive personal information through a web form.

Our content

The photographs, video, build write-ups, logos and page designs on this site belong to Rocky’s Ultimate Garage or are used with permission. You are welcome to share links and ordinary quotations. You may not copy our photographs or listings onto another dealer’s or shop’s site, or use them in advertising, without written permission. XPEL and other manufacturer names and marks belong to their owners and are used here to describe the products we install.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape, mirror or bulk-download the site. Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it. Do not submit false enquiries or someone else’s contact details.

The website itself

The website is provided as it stands. We keep it accurate and available as best we can, but we do not promise that it will be free of errors or always online. This paragraph is about the website. It does not limit any warranty on work we actually perform on your car, or any right you have under Florida law.

Limitation of liability

So far as the law allows, Rocky’s Ultimate Garage is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, or from reliance on a specification, price or availability shown here that later turns out to be wrong. Our responsibility for work we perform is governed by your work order and by law, not by this paragraph.

We link to manufacturers, review platforms, maps and our own social accounts. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute about this website will be heard in the state or federal courts serving Palm Beach County, Florida.
