Darkness and heat rejection are two different choices. Prime XR Plus is ceramic film: it rejects 98% of infrared heat at any shade, and SPF 1,000 protection keeps UV off you and off the interior. We spec both to the car, within Florida law.
THE POINT
In Florida the tint is not cosmetic, it is climate control. Ceramic film cuts the infrared load so the cabin cools faster and the AC works less. Darkness is a separate decision, and we will walk you through what is legal on each window of your car before any film gets cut.

Is it legal in Florida?
Florida sets different limits for different windows, and they are not the same for sedans and SUVs. We install within the law and tell you exactly what is allowed on each piece of glass before we start. No guesswork, no fix-it tickets.
Will it make the car dark inside?
Only if you want it to. Heat rejection comes from the ceramic layer, not the darkness, so even a light shade rejects 98% of infrared. Pick the look, keep the cooling.
Does it bubble or turn purple?
That is what happens to cheap dyed film. Prime XR Plus is ceramic and backed by XPEL, installed by their exclusive dealer in West Palm Beach. It is a different product from the tint that gave tint a bad name.
